Etienne Comon will leave Athora Netherlands at the end of his term

Athora Netherlands N.V. (Athora Netherlands) announces today that Etienne Comon will leave per 1 July 2025 as Chief Capital and Investment Officer and member of the Executive Board of Athora Netherlands and will assume the role of Chief Investment Officer at Athora Group.

Etienne joined Athora Netherlands in July 2021 as CCIO and member of the Executive Board and will leave at the end of his term. The focused strategy, with strong progress and enhanced governance at Athora Netherlands in the past four years allows us to reduce the Executive Committee from 6 to 5 members pending DNB approval. The investment office will become an integral part of the CFO Portfolio under the leadership of Jan-Hendrik Erasmus, our CFO and Executive Board member. Director Investments Boudewijn Blok, who heads up Athora Netherlands’s investment office, will report to Jan-Hendrik.
