Disclosure of home Member State of SRLEV NV

Following the implementation of the amended Transparency Directive, all issuers of securities admitted to trading on a regulated market within the European Union are obligated to disclose their home Member State before 27 February 2016.
SRLEV NV has issued securities that are listed on a regulated market in the Netherlands. SRLEV NV has chosen the Netherlands as its home Member State.
