Athora Netherlands calls USD 69,425,000 undated subordinated notes

Athora Netherlands N.V. (formerly named VIVAT N.V.) announces today that it is exercising its right to redeem the outstanding USD 69,425,000 of originally issued USD 575,000,000 Fixed to Fixed Rate Undated Subordinated Notes with a coupon of 6.25% issued in 2017. These notes will be redeemed in full on 16 November 2022 (First Call Date) at their principal amount outstanding together with accrued and unpaid interest and any Arrears of Interest.
The securities are currently listed on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISIN: XS1717202490; Common Code: 171720249).
